G5 Sub base material Brits

G5 Sub-Base Material is used as filling and a base course under roads and paving. This material may contain approved natural fines not obtained from parent rock. The nominal maximum size for uncrushed material is 63mm and for crushed 53mm.
G1 Sub-base material Brits
Our G1 Sub-base is produced from drilled and blasted blue granite rock mined at our quarry. This rock is further crushed down to <37.5mm to produce a manufactured crushed aggregate sub-base. Producing crushed aggregate sub-base from drilled and blasted rock ensures that a high strength material is used.
G2- Crusher Run Brits / Base Course
This is a crushed aggregate with a top size of 37.5mm down to dust. It is mostly used in road construction. After it is compacted this is the top product onto which asphalt or road surfacing stone is used.
